Teresa Bowman is a transformational biblical life coach and author of “Held by the Anchor of My Soul”. She is passionate about helping people encounter the love of Jesus, discover their true identity, and walk in the freedom and authority God has given them. Through her own journey of overcoming brokenness, loss, and inner battles, Teresa has come to know God as a place of refuge, healing, and restoration. She understands what it feels like to carry silent struggles—and now carries a heart to walk alongside others as they find hope and wholeness in Christ.

Teresa serves both men and women, guiding them to lay down burdens, renew their minds, and step into a life anchored in truth. She also brings insight into biblical times and seasons, helping others discern where they are and how God is moving in their lives. Her message is simple yet powerful: you are not defined by what you’ve been through, but by who God is. Through coaching, ministry, and her testimony, she points others to the living water of Jesus—the source of lasting peace, healing, and new life.

Teresa is a professional accountant, bilingual in Spanish, and serves as part of a prayer warrior community, standing in faith for others and contending in prayer.

Teresa also serves in children’s ministry at her local church and continues her studies in prophetic ministry.
