Held by the Anchor of My Soul
This book is not written to glorify pain, merely to testify hope and share my story. I do not have all the answers, however I know what it feels like to be broken, abandoned, rejected, and unseen. I know what it means to cry when you are in the darkness of life, to wonder if healing will ever come, and toquestion if love can find a shattered heart. This is for anyone who has ever felt forgotten, discarded, or unworthy. I have walked that road and survived not by my own strength, but by the grace of God. In these pages, I will take you through my journey, moments of deep sorrow, yes, but also moments of revelation, restoration, and redemption.
If you are in the middle of your pain, hold on. You are not alone. This story is proof that even in the darkest places, light can break through, and your past does not have to define your future. Let this book be a whisper to your soul—there is always hope.
“He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners… to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes.” Isaiah 61:1,3 (NIV)
